GORGE DAYS


TO START THE PROGRAMS  YOU

BEGIN WITH  2 "GORGE" DAYS

THIS IS WHEN YOU START TAKING YOUR

 OMNI DROPS AND EAT AS MUCH FAT

FOODS AS YOU CAN. 

SOUNDS A BIT ODD BUT IT WILL

HELP YOU EASE INTO THE PROGRAM

PROTOCOL. IT IS IMPORTANT AND NON

OPTIONAL. SOOOO ENJOY AND GET READY TO

LOOSE THAT FAT!!

*Make yourself some tuna salad or chicken salad or salmon salad and

load it up with mayonnaise. Lots of FAT in mayonnaise for the

gorge you have to do.

Treat yourself to a yummy cheesecake. Cheesecake is loaded with FAT.

Bacon, is another high fat food.

Egg yolk, 

Macadamia nuts,  they have about 14 grams of fat per 1/2 ounce.
Black olives are another little fatty food.

Switch to olive oil dressing for your salads.

You will gain weight on the GORGE /load days, but don’t worry, what youR

gain and then some, will quickly come off in a few days. How much

you gain? Don’t know it varies by individual, how much water you

retain and how overweight you are when you start



STALL OR PLATEAU

Stalls are signs the drops are working. So do not panic.  Everyday you are on the program (Omni4 & Drops), you are losing fat cells. That is a fact. If you are not losing, that means you are shrinking. Your body retains water in this time period. Water is heavier than fat so you are losing the weight of the fat but you are retaining the weight of ...the water... Thus a stall. Be patient, especially if you are doing everything correctly including going to the bathroom everyday. THINK BIG PICTURE! Plus, EVERYONE hits their first stall 2-3 weeks into the program. This is normal. Your body needs a few days to catch up to itself. Very soon, if you are doing everything correctly, your body will eliminate the excess water and you will catch back up with a sharp drop. Women, you will not lose during your cycle, that is all over the literature. You don't count those days in your totals..
